Caribou Wilderness Access
The Butte Lake trailhead is in the northeast corner of Lassen National Park. Access to the trailhead is from California Highway 44.
Hike into the Caribou Wilderness via Widow Lake. South of Widow Lake, take the trail going east to Triangle Lake.
